This is our beautiful piece of mud as of October4th - with scheduled start on construction, finally, the next day. And for those of you keeping track, yes, we did sign on starting this house in June... there was a problem with the land people or something and all the houses scheduled to start had to wait until the land lawyers or something approved everything.
The good thing out of this: a new contractor who promises to have it done in 100 days and seems really efficient, there are fewer homes being built so more people to work on my house, and yea! Better late than never.
So as far as the "did you sell your house" question... working on that. There is an offer we have agreed to but waiting to make sure it goes through... And, yes, getting worn out on the whole process. We've had a ton of people come to the house - at times like 7 or so showings a week although it has gone way down the last month or so. Not to mention keeping it clean - although I do enjoy knowing that it can actually happen and hope to keep it that was in the new house. I haven't left the house without it cleaned up but like 2 times maybe in since June!
Think happy thoughts!
