Happy Birthday, Daddy

Greg's birthday fell on a Sunday, and, we headed to Kemah after church for some Mexican food.
Part of the point of going to Kemah was so the kids would have fun. Coop enjoyed looking at the giant catfish and looking at boats. Meghan declared herself hot and ready to go home... didn't see that one coming.
The amazing birthday supper I had planned ended up taking longer than expected... meaning we could have had the amazing ribs at 11:00... or put them in the fridge and have them the next day. That's what happens when you use full size ribs and not baby back - not accounting for the longer cooking time.
And Meg was very excited to eat the "messy meat" including the opportunity to eat naked (mostly). Minimizing the mess with this.

Coop was big into it. In a corn cob phase too loving attacking them with his signature super-fast biting technique.. smiling afterward for appreciation. And insisting on trying to eat in a vertical fashion at time. Good sized belly to pick up the juices and mess :) . I believe he declared "baf" after this!

Happy birthday, Daddy! You're the best Daddy ever and we love you!
