Hospital rules meant that Cooper and Mommy had to stay in the hospital for 48 hours. For the most part uneventful on Mommy's end. Cooper had to go back to the nursery a couple of times to make sure he was still breathing okay due to weird breathing noises, but he got a full clearance and everything looked good. Life as he knew it ended with a super painful looking circumcision on his 2nd day of life - enough to make Mommy feel guilty about the whole practice (all good now). Daddy didn't spend as much time at the hospital as with Meghan due to needing to be home for some Meghan time - an issue that made Mommy a little off... didn't want to be the patient who was always alone :) .
Nanny, Aunt Sam, Uncle Lance, Uncle Jared, Nate, and Aubrey came to visit several hours after the big arrival.
Daddy made sure to soak up all the time he was in the hospital...
Memma and Pop came up to visit frequently, and Memma stayed up one afternoon while Daddy went home for a nap.

Ready to go home almost 49 hours after the big show! Daddy wanted a pic with the OSU hat - kinda silly looking. And your first real clothes - did I tell you that Daddy stole another swaddling blanket? Ug.
Memma and Meghan were waiting at home for your big arrival.
